You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Bắc Kạn. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Đức Xuân, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
When the recipient is at Trung tâm Y tế thành phố Bắc Kạn, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
For flowers addressed to a guest at An Vũ Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Green Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. An Vũ Hotel is listed at Kon Tum 472; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Trường Tiểu học Đức Xuân, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Trường Trung học cơ sở Đức Xuân is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Trường Trung học phổ thông chuyên Bắc Kạn, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Bắc Kạn, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Address flowers for someone at UBND xã Nông Thượng with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Nga Cầu, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
