You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Bỉm Sơn. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Bim Son Ward, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a patient at Bim Son General Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Before sending flowers to Trường Trung học phổ thông Bỉm Sơn, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Trường Trung học phổ thông Lê Hồng Phong, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Miếu Triệu Tường, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Đình Gia Miêu are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Đền soong, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Thăng Long Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a recipient at Bệnh viện Đa khoa ACA, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
If the recipient’s address is in Quang Trung Ward, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
