Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the destination is in Thôn 17 Lộc Thắng, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a guest at The Hill Homestay, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Hoa Viên Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. Before ordering for a guest at Khách sạn Nhật Quang, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For delivery details relating to The Hill Homestay, its listed address is Nguyễn Văn Cừ 196; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Nguyen Trai Elementary school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Quang Trung Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Trường Tiểu học Trung Vương, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Chùa Phước Huệ, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Dòng Mến Thánh giá - Đà Lạt, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Nhà thờ Giáo xứ Bảo Lộc, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Ward 1 Bao Loc, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a recipient whose address is in Thôn 20 Lộc Thắng, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Hủ tíu Trường, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
