A florist in Hà Tĩnh handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Jesus in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Khu lưu niệm Đại Thi Hào Nguyễn Du are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Bình Minh, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Backpackers Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of karaoke và khách sạn hoa cỏ may, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Vinpearl Ha Tinh, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Backpackers Hotel is listed at Đường Hồ Chí Minh; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Ho Tung Mau Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Son Chau Kindergarten? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Trường Tiểu học Thị trấn Vũ Quang, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Chùa Cầm Sơn are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Giáo xứ Tân Giang, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Linh Nha Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Trung tâm Lưu trữ lịch sử tỉnh Hà Tĩnh should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
An address in TDP 10 should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Phong Nga Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
