You do not need to be in Yên Bái to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Lotus Traffic Circle is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Au Lau Ward.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hoang Ha Rivertown Hotel, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. When addressing flowers to a guest at Huu Nhgi, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If you are sending to a guest of Ninh Trang, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Hoang Ha Rivertown Hotel has a listed address of Ngô Sĩ Liên 56; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Nguyen Hue High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh Yên Bái, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For an address in Văn Phú Ward, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Bun Hue O Thanh, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, preserved roses, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
