The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Balzar. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Use the hospital’s full address for Hospital Básico de Balzar, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
Before sending flowers to Colegio 26 de Septiembre, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela Pablo Nivela Carriel? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Víctor Manuel Rendón, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora de La Nube | Balzar, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia Católica San Jacinto de Balzar, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Dispensario de Salud Don Bosco calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
An order for a staff member at Registro Civil de Balzar should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a table booked at Comedores Populares, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
