The same-day ordering cutoff in El Chaco is 16:00, local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check with Hotel "La Costeñita" before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Sending to Hotel Katherin? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel manabi, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Hotel "La Costeñita" is listed at 13 de junio; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Unidad Educativa El Chaco, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If the service takes place at Iglesia Católica San Vicente Ferrer | El Chaco, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Evangélica Cristo La Única Esperanza, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Salon de Reino de los Testigos de Jehova, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at C.S El Chaco before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before sending to a workplace such as Oficinas de Transito GAD MUNICIPAL EL CHACO, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bocatos, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
