You do not need to be in Ibarra to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as La Piedra Chapetona are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Ibarra. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details. An address in Milagro should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Sending to SS Imbabura economical Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Before ordering for a guest at Quinta San Clemente, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Residencia Colombia, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela San Juan Diego? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escuela Víctor Manuel Peñaherrera is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Centro Infaltil El Roble, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Iglesia Católica Cristo Resucitado | Ibarra, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe | Ibarra, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Católica San Francisco de Azaya, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Hospital San Vicente de Paul calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For someone working at ARCOM, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Confirm the delivery point and handover arrangements with Funeraria Terán before using it as the address for a funeral tribute.
