Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hosteria AIRPORT GARDEN, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Chapelet Hostal, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Before sending flowers to Colegio Dr. Arturo Freire, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Escuela El Roble? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escuela Jorge Icaza is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Iglesia Católica Jesús de las Bienaventuranzas, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Católica Patrimonial de Tababela are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Wyndham Quito Airport, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending to a workplace such as GAD Parroquial Rural Tababela, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
A delivery timed for a meal at Borrego Asado needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
