Send your flower order for Ventanas online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monumento al Maíz are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Ventanas close at 16:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For a recipient whose address is in 15 de Noviembre, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A flower order for someone staying at Kalabi should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The listed address for Kalabi is Bolívar; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escuela Fiscal Laura Carbo is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Fiscal Nocturna Isidro Ayora, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Los Girasoles, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Iglesia Católica Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Where the delivery address includes Un Solo Toque, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Leña & Carbón Steak House, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
