Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Rantau. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Bundaran Dulang in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Rantau close at 14:30 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel Wahyu, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to SD Negeri Banua Padang, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Al-Mukarramah Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.

You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Tanpa Nama, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
