You do not need to be in Aus to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Commonwealth War Graves are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Kaiser-Wilhelm-Denkmal in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day flower delivery in Aus has an ordering deadline of 13:00, measured in local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the recipient’s address is in Khaubeb, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
For a guest at Bahnhof Hotel Aus, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Geisterschluchthaus, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Before ordering for a guest at Klein Aus Vista, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. The street address listed for Bahnhof Hotel Aus is Lüderitz St; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at Marmer Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at N.G. Kerk Aus, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St Teresa of the Child Jesus, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Zion Church (AME), confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If flowers are going to Aus Military Cemetery, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bahnhof Hotel Aus, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
