A flower order for Outjo can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Naulila Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Outjo is 13:00, local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Etoshapoort.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Faith City Guesthouse, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Etotongwe Lodge & Camping, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Ombinda Country Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. The listed address for Faith City Guesthouse is President Avenue; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Etoshapoort Junior Secondary school, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Joel Herholdt Hostel is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Moria Privatskool, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Deutsche Evangelische Kirche Outjo, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at ELCIN Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Hervormde Kerk, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Outjo State Clinic before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For someone working at Municipality, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a table booked at FARMhouse Restaurant, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
