A flower order for Rehoboth can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Die ou Kapteins Vergaderings Plek 1870 are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Gravestone in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Same-day orders for Rehoboth close at 13:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Informal Settlements, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before arranging flowers for someone at St Mary's Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. The street address listed for St Mary's Hospital is Maharero St; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at Dr. Lemmer High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Origo Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Roman Catholic Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Suidwes Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at Office of the Magistrate, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Fork and Knife, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
