You do not need to be in Voss to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Bergslimonumentet in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Lars Tvinde is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Same-day flower delivery in Voss has an ordering deadline of 16:00, measured in local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. If the destination is in Palmafossen, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Stalheim Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. If the recipient is staying at Fleischer's Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Skulestad skule, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Voss gymnas is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Voss vidaregåande skule? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Vangskyrkja, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Scandic Voss, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
When ordering for a recipient at NAV Voss, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For someone in Skulestadmoen, use that locality name within the delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Peppes Pizza, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine and champagne. Check availability for the product you choose.
