Send your flower order for Chavanod online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monument à la paix are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Sending flowers to someone at ISETA-ECA - Campus de Chavanod? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for École primaire privée Sainte-Croix is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire publique CHAVANOD, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Église de la Nativité-de-Marie are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Chapelle Notre-Dame-des-Laboureurs, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Mairie de Chavanod, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière de Chavanod, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bar-Tabac Chez Jeannot, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
