Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Before ordering for a guest at Sejours et Affaires Les Rives, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A flower order for someone staying at Fasthotel Genève Gex should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at La Couronne, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The location listed for Sejours et Affaires Les Rives is Avenue de Belle Ferme 125; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Maison médicale de Garde, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at Église Saint-Pierre are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Hôpital Local du Pays de Gex before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Address flowers for someone at Pays de Gex Agglo with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Crêperie du Jeu de L'oie, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
