Same Day Delivery
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Hasparren. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Stèle in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Local landmarks such as Stèle des Evadés are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Hasparren, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Urcuray.
Before ordering for a guest at Hôtel Le relais des Tilleuls, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel-restaurant Argia, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel-restaurant Berria, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The street address listed for Hôtel Le relais des Tilleuls is Rue Pierre Broussain; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to CFA des Apprentis Agricoles, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Ikastola is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Lycée agricole Armand David? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Chapelle du Sacré-Cœur, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Joseph, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Maison de la communauté - Pôle Pays de Hasparren should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière d'Urcuray, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
For a table booked at Hordago, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
