You do not need to be in Weichs to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Kriegerdenkmal Weichs are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Weichs close at 15:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When checking a German destination address, the postcode has five digits and comes before the town name; copy both from the recipient’s address and keep the street and building number with the delivery details.
A delivery for Theresia-Gerhardinger-Realschule is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Grundschule Weichs, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at St. Georg und Maria are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St. Martin, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at St. Stephan, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
In the context of German customs, a funeral wreath or arrangement may carry a Schleife, a printed ribbon naming the mourner; if you want a ribbon, specify the requested wording when discussing the tribute, including the names of those sending it. In choosing the arrangement, chrysanthemums, white lilies and white roses are customary choices for funeral flowers; use the occasion and the family’s preferences to guide the choice of tribute, and check the selected product for the flowers it includes. When considering an arrangement, a Grabgesteck may be placed on a grave for Totensonntag and, in Catholic states, for Allerheiligen; for a tribute intended for a grave, ask the cemetery about the precise location and its arrangements for accepting flowers.
In Germany, Valentine's Day (Valentinstag) has its place in the calendar on 14 February, with red roses and mixed bouquets associated with the occasion. The calendar marks Mother's Day (Muttertag) on the second Sunday of May, with flowers among the gifts associated with the occasion. Christmas (Weihnachten) takes place on 24 and 25 December, with table arrangements, amaryllis and poinsettias associated with the occasion. Sunday of the Dead (Totensonntag) is observed on the last Sunday before Advent, with flowers used to mark remembrance at graves. In Germany’s gifting customs, red roses can carry a romantic meaning; when choosing flowers for a friend, colleague or host, consider the message you want the gift to convey and use the personal card to make the occasion clear.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Gasthof Langenegger, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
For a recipient at Gemeinde Weichs, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Gasthof Langenegger, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
