Order before 14:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Isaan. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Diamond Hotel Buriram (โรงแรมไดมอนด์ บุรีรัมย์), after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Fortune Hotel Buriram, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Thada Chateau Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. You will find Diamond Hotel Buriram (โรงแรมไดมอนด์ บุรีรัมย์) listed at ช้าง อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เซอร์กิต 558; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Wat Pa Burirat Pattanaram are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Wat Savang Arom, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Wat Thai Charoen, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Immigration with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Chef Plus+ Cafe and Restaurant, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
