A florist in Sa Bot handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. The online payment is made in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Sa Bot, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sa Bot Mu 10.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Sa Bot Mu 12, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
