You do not need to be in Khust to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Khust, the order needs to be placed before 13:30 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Check with Prince before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Premiere, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at School No.5, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hotel VIP, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
For a recipient at Khust Town Council, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
A delivery timed for a meal at Pelican needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
