You do not need to be in Makhado to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Makhado. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
A flower order for a recipient at Louis Trichardt Memorial Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. Use the hospital’s full address for Urangani Neurodevelopment INC, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered.
When several people are giving the flowers together at CVO Zoutpansberg, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Before sending flowers to Laerskool Louis Trichardt, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Louis Trichardt High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Hervormde Kerk Zoutpansberg Louis Thrichardt, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Clouds' End Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Crestcare Zoutpansberg Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Mike's Kitchen Louis Trichardt, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, cakes and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Mountain View Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
