Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Upington. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Upington is 14:00, local time. For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Belview.
Check that Protea Hotel Oasis can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Protea Hotel Upington, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Sending to River City Inn? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The street address listed for Protea Hotel Oasis is Schroder Street 26; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Keidebees Intermediêre Skool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Laerskool Franciscus, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Oranje Noord Primary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at N.G. Kerk Upington Noord are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Nederduitsche Hervormde Kerk van Afrika, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Universal Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to Cogsta should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
For someone in Blydeville, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Desert Wolf Spur, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
