Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Al Hufuf is 18:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one. For someone in Al Jubayl, use that locality name within the delivery address.
For a patient at Special Forces Health Center - Al-Ahasa, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for King Faisal Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before ordering for a guest at Al Ahsa Grand, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. For flowers addressed to a guest at Top view, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
If the service takes place at Abdullah Naeem Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Mosque of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Al Ahsa Intercontinental, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at King Fahad Hospital - Hofuf, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order for a staff member at Labour Office should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Al Battaliyah, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Marroush, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Al Mubarraz Highschool, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
