Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Al-Khubar can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Dammam 7 (Propsperity Well) is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Flame Statue are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

For delivery on the same day in Al-Khubar, the order needs to be placed before 18:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. When entering an address in Ath Thuqbah, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Security Forces Medical City Eastern Province, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address. For a patient at Procare Riaya Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
If you are sending to a guest of voco al Khobar, an IHG Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Moevenpick Al Khobar, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
For a service at Dhahran Grand Mosque, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Jabal Mosque, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Aloft Dhahran, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Check with the ward at King Fahad Hospital of University before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
For a recipient at Jawazat khobar, include the organisation’s name and any floor or department, and check whether personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
When several people are giving the flowers together at International Philippines School Alkhobar, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
A delivery for New World International School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
