Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Bialet Masse. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Local landmarks such as Auto are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by El Mundo al revés in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

For delivery on the same day in Bialet Masse, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. An address in Balcón del Lago II should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Bialet Massé, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at Mediterraneo, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Hotel Pinar Serrano can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. When arranging flowers for Bialet Massé, note its listed address, General Deheza; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Sending flowers to someone at Centro Escolar Dr. Juan Bialet Masse? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Instituto Nuestra Señora Del Rosario, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Iglesia Bautista, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia San Plácido, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Nuestro Hogar, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Consejo Deliberante, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Costa del Lago.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Parrilla Bialet, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
