Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Puerto Rico can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Banderas de las Américas are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Lisandro Ávila in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Puerto Rico. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Los Lapachos.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Paris, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For a guest at Suizo, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hospedaje Los Bungalows, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When arranging flowers for Paris, note its listed address, Avenida San Martín 1527; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Instituto Argentino de Estudios Superiores, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Instituto Parroquial Adolfo Kolping is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Juan Pablo II, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Capilla San Miguel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Cementerio Puerto Rico, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Iglesia Nueva Vida are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hospital Ricardo Gutiérrez, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Before sending to a workplace such as Delegación Regional Puerto Rico, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
Before ordering a tribute for delivery to La Paz, ask the venue to confirm the address and handover arrangements.
For a table booked at El Patto Pizzería, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
