Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Klagenfurt can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. France Prešeren is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Graf von Khevenhüller Infanterieregiment Nr. 7 in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Planning a same-day delivery in Klagenfurt? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Sankt Martin.
A flower order for a recipient at Ärztezentrum needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Garner, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For a guest at Ibis Styles, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When a funeral service is held at Don Bosco, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Klagenfurt-St. Hemma are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kreuzberglkirche, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Seepark Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Check with the ward at LKH Klagenfurt before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
An address in St. Veiter Vorstadt should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A tribute addressed to Friedhof Annabichl should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Balloon am Flughafen, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Europagymnasium, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
