Same Day Delivery
A florist in Artur Nogueira handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. You can complete payment online using your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For a recipient whose address is in Chácaras Campos dos Amarais, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending to Hospital e Maternidade de Artur Nogueira, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Alcidia Teixeira Witaker Matteis Profa, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Nossa Senhora das Dores, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Secretaria da Educação do Estado de São Paulo? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Assembleia de Deus-Madureira, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Comunidade São Sebastião, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Comunidade de Santo Antônio are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Parque Hotel - Villa de Holanda, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Bom Samaritano, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
If the recipient works at Prefeitura Municipal, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
Address details for São Bento should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Ki-Prato, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
