To order flowers for same-day delivery in Carbonita, use the destination’s 16:00 local cutoff. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Barreiras, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Check with Hotel Central before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For an order addressed to Hotel Barreiras, the listed location is Avenida Januário Ribeiro dos Santos 409; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Escola Estadual Coronel Coimbra is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Mestra Aurora, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Municipal Dona Cina, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Igreja Batista Renovada Perola de Cristo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Matriz, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Igreja Nossa Senhora de Fátima are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Camera Municipal de Carbonita, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at A Mineira Bistrô, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital São Vicente de Paula, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
The street address listed for Hospital São Vicente de Paula is Avenida Diamantina 48; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
