A flower order for Caturama can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Payment is taken online in your own currency. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The order must be placed before 16:00 local time for same-day flowers in Caturama. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Vila Nova, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending flowers to Colégio Municipal São Sebastião, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Igreja Matriz de São Sebastião, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Igreja de São João Batista, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Consórcio de Desenvolvimento Sustentável Bacia do Paramirim with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
