The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Colina Verde I should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Flor do Campo, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. If the recipient is staying at Santorini Hotel, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Check with Hotel Caravelle before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The listed address for Hotel Flor do Campo is Avenida Governador Milton Campos 3212; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Estadual Altivo Coelho, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escola Estadual Odilon Behrens is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Colégio Vygotsky, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Capela de São Vicente, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Catedral Diocesana de São Miguel e Almas are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Igreja Presbiteriana em Guanhães, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Cartório da 121º Zona Eleitoral de Guanhães, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For an address in Mangueiras, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Restaurante e Lanchonete Flor de Minas, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
For a recipient at Hospital Regional Imaculada Conceição, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Rua Capitão Bernardo 257 is the listed address of Hospital Regional Imaculada Conceição; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
