The same-day ordering cutoff in Itambe do Mato Dentro is 16:00, local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Check that Pousada Lá no Tererê can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Estrela, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Pousada Portal do Itambé, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When arranging flowers for Pousada Lá no Tererê, note its listed address, Rua Nova Vista 256; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Estadual Emídio de Sales, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Igreja Matriz Nossa Senhora das Oliveiras, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Igreja Nossa Senhora do Rosário, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Cartório de Registro de Imóveis e Civil de Itambé, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
For a table booked at Restaurante Estrela, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
