The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
For a guest at Hotel News, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Hotel do Adair, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Easy School Center, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Estadual Coronel Amantino Maciel, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Estadual Coronel José Ildefonso, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Capela Nossa Senhora da Rosa Mística, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Capela São José do Pirapetinga, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Capela de Nossa Senhora do Carmo are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Duas Irmãs, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
An order for a staff member at Cartório de Registro de Imóveis should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Churrascaria e Restaurante- Nosso Butequim, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
