For delivery on the same day in Portao, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building. If the destination is in Centro, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at ESCOLA ESTADUAL DE ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL ADOLFO GUSTAVO KRUMMENAUER, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Escola Afonso Gomes de Carvalho? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental Portão Velho is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Comunidade São Luiz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at IASSD - Ministério Amor e Fé, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Igreja Evangélica Luterana do Rincão do Cascalho, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at De Stefani Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For someone working at Fórum Judicial da Comarca de Portão, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If the recipient’s address is in Estação Portão, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Lopes, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
