Same Day Delivery
For a recipient in Pouso Novo, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Pouso Novo is 16:00, local time. Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
When several people are giving the flowers together at EEM Pouso Novo, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Igreja Medorema are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Igreja Santo Antônio, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel do Gringo should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at Prefeitura Municipal de Pouso Novo, then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Churrascaria Os Piás do Gringo, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
