Fresh blooms delivered to over 120+ countries.
Same Day Delivery
You can order flowers for Querencia online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monumento ao Chimarrão are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Rotary International in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Querencia is 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order.
Sending to a patient at Clínica da Família calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. For a patient at Hospital San Diego, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
Sending flowers to someone at CMEI Crescer e Aprender? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Colégio CEFIQUE, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escola Estadual 19 de Dezembro is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
When a funeral service is held at Igreja Adventista do Sétimo Dia, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja Boa Semente, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Igreja Católica Imaculada Conceição, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel do Paulo, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Before sending to Hospital Municipal de Querência, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Churrascaria Retiros Rocha, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Hotel do Zé, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Sending to Porto Seguro? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
