Same Day Delivery
Send your flower order for Rio das Ostras online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Monumento Natural dos Costões Rochosos are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. For an address in Condomínio Parque Santa Cruz, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of Pousada Quariquara - Rio das Ostras, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check with Pousada Remanso before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. Check that Pousada Sonho Verde - Rio das Ostras can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For delivery details relating to Pousada Quariquara - Rio das Ostras, its listed address is avenida Governador Roberto da Silveira 95; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Escola Municipal Ondina Pinto Marcondes, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Escola Municipal Padre José Dilson Dórea is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Escola Municipal Simar Machado Sodré, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Assembleia de Deus are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at CEPRO, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Igreja Presbiteriana, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to DESAS - Departamento de Saúde e Segurança do Servidor should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
Where the delivery address includes Bosque da Praia, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Le Risotto Gourmet, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Municipal Drª Naelma Monteiro da Silva, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Hospital Municipal Drª Naelma Monteiro da Silva is listed at Rua Nildon Lustosa; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
