Same Day Delivery
A flower order for Santa Rosa can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Central, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Associacao Beneficente Dom Bosco, and address the order to the hospital itself. For a recipient at Hospital Vida e Saúde, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address. The address for Associacao Beneficente Dom Bosco is given as Rua Santa Rosa 980; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
If you are sending to a guest of Sênior Parque Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a service at AD Distrito 2, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Comunidade Evangélica Luterana São João, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Comunidade Evangélica da Paz are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Hotel Rigo? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
For someone working at Prefeitura Municipal de Santa Rosa, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When entering an address in Planalto, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a table booked at Califórnia, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
Before sending flowers to Hey Peppers, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
