Send flowers to Vazante from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Cruz Vazada is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Vazante is 16:00 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Hospital Cristo Rey, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Antero Candinho, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Carolina Silva, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Escola Estadual Pedro Pereira Guimaraes, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Assembleia de Deus, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Congregação Cristã are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Igreja Metodista Renovada, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Kabana can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Hospital Cristo Rei, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
When ordering for a recipient at Câmara Municipal, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A delivery timed for a meal at Restaurante Kabana needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
