Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Alexandria. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Boer War Memorial are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by John Reginald Noble Graham VC Memorial in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

The same-day ordering cutoff in Alexandria is 18:00, local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. If the destination is in Dalreoch, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Use the hospital’s full address for Dumbarton Joint Hospital, and ask the relevant ward whether flowers may be delivered. The location listed for Dumbarton Joint Hospital is Cardross Road 99; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Balloch House, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Sending to Lomond Park Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check that Duck Bay Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. For an order addressed to Balloch House, the listed location is Balloch Road; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Cardross Parish Church, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Dumbarton Parish Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Renton Trinity Parish Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Dumbarton Municipal Buildings, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
For someone in Mid Auchinleck, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A tribute addressed to Dumbarton Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Annaya's, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates, wine, champagne and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Sending flowers to someone at Dumbarton Academy? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a delivery to a teacher at Vale of Leven Academy, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
