Same Day Delivery
Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Cwmfelinfach. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Blackwood War Memorial is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Caerphilly Cenotaph are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Same-day orders for Cwmfelinfach close at 18:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. When entering an address in Porset Park, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Pentwynmawr Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at St Martin's Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Welsh Calvinistic Methodist Chapel, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at The Solar Strand, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
When ordering for a recipient at Tredomen House, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
A tribute addressed to Glyn-Taf Crematorium and Cemetery should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
For a table booked at Bella Capri, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
