Same Day Delivery
A florist in Caleta San Pedro handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Faro Monumental La Serena are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Francisco de Aguirre in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. For an address in Las Compañías, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Clínica RedSalud Elqui, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. The address given for Clínica RedSalud Elqui is Avenida El Santo 1475; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
Check with Caja Los Andes Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a service at Capilla San Expedito, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Capilla San José, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia El Tránsito, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Hotel Club La Serena, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
Before placing a workplace order for Delegación Presidencial Regional, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Lemongrass, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Sending flowers to someone at Colegio Serena? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
