Same-day orders for Karuo Qu close at 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. When the destination is in Changqing Community, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
When a funeral service is held at Galden Jampaling Monastery, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Karma Gon Monastery, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Jagka, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
