Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kuancheng Qu is 14:00 local time. Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. For an address in Xingye, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Jinjiang Inn, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. If you are sending to a guest of Lefu Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
For a delivery to a teacher at Changchun Seven, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. When several people are giving the flowers together at Korean Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Nanjing Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Ji Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Wide City Hospital, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
If the destination is in Longbei, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Ajisen Ramen, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
