Same Day Delivery
Send flowers to someone in Linfenlu Jiedao without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. People locate the town by Bronze Statue of Sun Yat-sen in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Jade Buddha is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

The order must be placed before 14:00 local time for same-day flowers in Linfenlu Jiedao. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. An address in Xintiandi should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Four Points by Sheraton should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For a guest at Hanting Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang is listed at 国定东路 88号; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Eurocampus Yangpu, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at Jiulong Model Middle School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at Shanghai Tianjiabing Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Fitch Memorial Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. If the service takes place at Hudongtang, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Jiangwan Mosque are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with the ward at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
Before placing a workplace order for Grand Hall of Tongji University, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Alin Wonton Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Gonghui Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Liangcheng, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
