Same-day orders for Linxiaolu Jiedao close at 14:00 local time. Enter the complete street address, postcode and town for the recipient, with their full name and a telephone number for contact. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. If the recipient’s address is in Gaomidian, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication Affiliated Primary School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Beijing Normal University Daxing Affiliated Middle School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Huoshen Temple, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before arranging flowers for someone at Daxing District Renhe Hospital, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
For someone working at Daxing District People's Court, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
When entering an address in Guanyinsi, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Wedome, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
