A flower order for Qiqihaer can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Centurial Tripod is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. Local landmarks such as Qiqihar University Monument are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Qiqihaer, use the destination’s 14:00 local cutoff. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. If the destination is in Damin, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
Before sending to Donghua Community Health Service Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address. For a patient at Qiqihar Jianhua Hospital, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination. Donghua Community Health Service Center is listed at 新工西路 198; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
For a guest at Ji Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. When addressing flowers to a guest at Qiqihar Xinmao Intl. Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If the service takes place at Bukui Mosque, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Daode Taoist Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Immanuel Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Hanting Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Check whether Qiqihar Longsha District Transportation Bureau accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
In practice, include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Wenhua.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at QQHRU Catering Center, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Qiqihar University Affiliated High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Sending flowers to someone at Qiqihar No.28 Middle High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
