Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Planning a same-day delivery in Shuangyashan? The ordering deadline is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Chang'an.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Hanting, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to James Joyce Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check that Midu can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. The street address listed for Hanting is 五马路 100; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Hongwei Farm School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Ussuri River Primary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a recipient at Jiansanjiang Branch 859 Farm Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Check whether 859 Farm Discipline Inspection Committee of the Communist Party of China accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a recipient whose address is in Tiexi, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Auspicious Wonton needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
